My Halloween Costume....

Wore it last year as well, :) haha Happy Halloween! Dustin is coming over later to watch "scary" movies (and by scary, i mean "Casper" and such)

We made & ate caramel apples yesterday! Right not I'm watching Tim Burton's "Corpse Bride" with Katie.

We are...

...hopefully getting our Engagement photos done Sunday or Monday of this or next week. Waiting on a pesky dress to arrive that has yet to. Dustin's super busy today with school and studying for a Mid-Term tomorrow. Pray for him! :)

Since this is a blog for our families, some of whom do not have Facebook, I (Dani speaking!) have decided to recap some of our times with pictures. Here it goes:

These are from Summer of '09. We went to Eastern Oregon to visit some of Dustin's family & visited some parks (I am forgetting the names, Dustin can probably recap later!)

Last years' Winter. One of Dustin's creeks froze over, and ice skating ensued. Below that is when some of our good friends, Sam & Oscar came out from Florida. We all four-wheeled & rode the tractor down by Dustin's river.

10/16/2010 & Pumpkin Patch

Literally stumbled on this by accident today; thought it would be appropriate to post:

Dustin & I went with some friends of ours, Bren & Brendan to the Pumpkin Patch. We carved after at their house! 

ENGAGED!!!

Dustin & I were engaged Saturday, on October 16, 2010.  I was pretty surprised. I kind of had an inkling he was going to do it in October, but I was still pretty shocked. Dustin snuck into my house and placed the ring on my finger before I woke up. When I did wake up, he was downstairs cooking me breakfast (French Toast, my favorite). He asked me then. I, most obviously, said yes! We then proceeded to have an eventful day: We visited McDowell Creek Falls, Dustin carved our first initials and engagement date into a tree, visited Portland; walking around 6th street and then eating at the Melting Pot, and then ended our day at the Bridgeport Village Mall shopping. We have yet to set a date, but we are tentatively thinking sometime this next July. We will see though! This page is for all our friends & family who cannot be with us during this process. We love you all! :)
